Help Requests (apps, hardware, broken device)

Lexington School District One is not a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) district. This is to ensure that we can protect your child’s Personally Identifiable Information. All district-issued devices are configured to function within the district’s network environment wherever the student is located. Having this connectivity allows the district to filter the devices, monitor service, remote into the devices for support, and push curriculum, upgrades, and critical service messages to students when needed. This type of service and support is only possible with district-issued devices.
